Our Services. Leno Construction delivers Kitchen Remodeling, Deck Building, Snow Removal, Landscape Design, Gravel Driveway Grading, Stump Grinding, Lawn Care. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://lenoconstruction.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Leno Construction or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Leno Construction reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Leno Construction does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Leno Construction's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Leno Construction from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. MI law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MI, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
